INTERLIS Model Composer (Rust)

INTERLIS Model Composer is a Rust + Axum service with a static web UI for:

• authoring INTERLIS model structures
• validating semantic and structural constraints
• importing and exporting .ili, .imcp, and .xtf-related payloads
• generating Markdown documentation from the active model
